Returns and Refunds

At Frank’s Watches, I take pride in the precision and heritage behind every timepiece. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, I’m here to help and make things right. Every return is handled personally, because your experience matters to me.

How to Return Your Order

You have 14 days from the day you receive your watch to start a return. I’ve kept the window shorter during my closing sale and appreciate your understanding while I handle each return myself.

Eligibility

  • The watch must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in the original packaging.

Start a return

  1. Email support@frankswatches.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Wait for a confirmation from me or someone on my small team. We’ll share the correct return address based on where your order shipped from.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original box.
  4. Ship it to the return address we provide.
  5. Share the tracking number so we can follow your return.
  6. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered. Unless otherwise directed, returns go to my fulfillment location in Asia.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll email you a confirmation. If approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Timing

Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after approval. If you don’t see it, please check with your payment provider first, since some banks take extra time to release funds. Still not showing? Email me at support@frankswatches.com and I’ll help sort it out.

Cancellations

Plans change—I understand.

  • You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order for a full refund.
  • Email support@frankswatches.com with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, I can’t cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your watch arrives damaged or not the one you ordered, I’m truly sorry.

  • Email support@frankswatches.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item on a flat surface with labels visible.
  • I will offer a free one-time replacement. If the replacement also arrives damaged, I’ll refund you in full.

Product Issues After Use

If a defect appears after you’ve started using your watch and it looks like a manufacturing issue (not normal wear), please reach out. I care about quality and want you to be left with something lasting.

Normal wear such as strap creases, scratches, or battery life is not considered a defect.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, I can offer a gift credit for the value of the return. Once I receive and approve the return, I’ll issue a gift certificate.

Missing Package

If your watch hasn’t arrived or appears lost in transit, contact me. I will resend a new package first before applying any refund policy, because I want you to receive what you ordered.
